Audrey Kim is a Venture Partner at Oak HC/FT, focused on growth equity and early-stage fintech investments.

Prior to investing, Audrey spent more than a decade as a business and product leader in fintech. She served as a General Manager at Stripe, head of product for Square Capital (the lending arm of Square, now Block), and product lead at LearnVest (a consumer fintech acquired by Northwestern Mutual). She started her career at Bridgewater Associates and the Boston Consulting Group. Audrey serves as an independent board member for Latin American neobank Ualá and holds patents in B2B payments and the provision of financial advice.

Audrey holds an A.B., summa cum laude, from Harvard University.

Carlos Costa is a Partner at Valor Capital Group. Carlos covers multiple sectors, but is mostly focused on Financial Services. He sits on the Board of Companies such as Agrolend, Conta Simples, Kanastra, Vixtra, CERC, Principia, Gringo and Nexu. Prior to joining Valor, Carlos Costa was a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where he worked for almost 5 years in the Brazil and Silicon Valley Offices focused on Strategy and Growth projects.

Carlos holds an MBA degree from the Harvard Business School and Chairman of the Board of the Endowment Fund of UFBA, his alma mater in Brazil. Carlos graduated in Business Administration and Law.

Previously to Kanastra, Gustavo was part of SoftBank’s growth equity fund dedicated to Latin America, having also worked at Boston Consulting Group throughout its offices in São Paulo, Lisbon, New York, Boston, Atlanta, Zurich, Amsterdam and Milan, in addition to having worked at BNP Paribas’ London office in its global markets structured operations division. Gustavo was also co-founder and CEO of asset manager Kardinal.

Jonathan is a seasoned investor and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in Latin America. Before co-founding Quona, he was co-founder and CEO of Acesso, a leading prepaid financial service provider for the unbanked population in Brazil. Prior to launching Acesso, Jonathan managed Darby Technology Ventures, a pioneering technology venture capital fund for Latin America. He joined Darby after a decade of experience as part of the founding team of leading venture capital-backed telecommunications and data services companies in Latin America, including Diveo (acquired by UOL), and Optiglobe (now Tivit).
